The Rexnord™ 6400 Series KleanTop® Plastic Spiral Cage Belts are designed to handle the rising demands of the food processing industry. By increasing throughput and belt life, the 6400 Series helps food manufacturing personnel improve productivity and run more efficiently while minimizing downtime and maintenance. The 6400 Series is part of Regal Rexnord’s comprehensive range of spiral belts and powertrain offerings, which provide optimized solutions for spiral cage applications.
The series includes the 6400 low-tension belt and the new 6400 active drive belt available in SMB, WHT and BSE flame-retardant material*. This enables users to select the best solution based on their application needs. The 6400 Series, with a standard 1.5" pitch, is designed for cooling, proofing or freezing applications in bakery, snack, vegetable, fruit or protein processing. These belts are designed using modular technology and a reinforced outer link with our patented PowerKey™ design. It’s stronger, more rigid design, helps enable customers to carry more product at faster speeds.

The 6400 Series makes any line run efficiently and productively by using PowerKey technology, which helps increase belt tension strength, allowing the belt to carry larger loads or run at higher speeds.
By supporting the conveyance of larger product volumes, the 6400 Series is able to increase throughput (a 25% increase over current industry belting).
The stainless steel rods in the 6400 Series belts create higher beam strength and a stiffer belt design, allowing the belt to carry more product while reducing the number of rods needed for lower overall cost. The enhanced beam strength also makes the belt stronger and more rigid in spiral applications. Additionally, the 6400 Series features better product release and transfer, resulting in less product loss.
The Rexnord™ 6400 Series KleenTop® Plastic Spiral Cage Belt has an open design that allows for thorough cleaning, reducing food contamination risk. The PowerKey and simple rod removal also makes assembly and disassembly of the belt fast and easy, with no cutting, grinding, or welding required.
The belt has an open area of over 45%, creating balanced airflow that is ideal for cooling, proofing, and freezing food products while still providing a great amount of surface area where products can sit and release from the belt.
